We sat down with Patricia in her Hollywood studio, just before our curated exhibit, “Female, Figuratively, 7 female artists on the female form” at OMSA Gallery. (Dec. 1, 2023 –  Mar 25, 2024.)

She was having three shows simultaneously and an upcoming Museum show in Buffalo, NY for April. She still found the time to talk with me about her life, her art and old times.

Patricia described her approach and I watched her in the studio for a bit, and I can corroborate a sort of dance takes place that she does towards completion. “Stepping Back to Come Closer In,” the title of this interaction.
