Julio Cesar studied at the Escuela Instructores de Arte (EIA) in Cuba, developing his skills in classical techniques, where he later taught at the young age of 18 years old.

His art is characterized by a unique blend of technical precision and emotional depth, often drawing inspiration from iconic styles inspired by the 15th century by monasteries of Russia.  Julio Cesar’s commitment to exploring new perspectives positions him as a promising figure in the contemporary art landscape, continually pushing the boundaries of traditional art forms with unassuming media, transcending materiality with astonishing results.
