RULES

  • Unless you have arranged for an oven and set up under canopy outdoors, there is no cooking, only prep kitchen

  • No smoking or vaping indoors

  • No pets or service animals allowed indoors

  • No intoxication – guest will be asked to leave premises

CANCELLATION & SECURITY DEPOSIT

Cancellation policy:

We allow a 50% refund up to 7 days prior to event check in, except any service fees incurred.

Book without worry

You will have 24 hours from booking confirmation to cancel and receive a full refund excluding any charge fees incurred.

Please note that this grace period does not apply to bookings confirmed within 72 hours of check-in.

OMSA GALLERY’s 24-hour grace period applies to all bookings, at any time, and allows event organizers the flexibility to cancel a reservation within 24 hours of booking, without incurring cancellation fees. The reservation must be confirmed at least 72 hours prior to check-in.

$400 hourly. Minimum 3 hours.
