RULES

Unless you have arranged for an oven and set up under canopy outdoors, there is no cooking, only prep kitchen
No smoking or vaping indoors
No pets or service animals allowed indoors
No intoxication – guest will be asked to leave premises

CANCELLATION & SECURITY DEPOSIT

Cancellation policy:

We allow a 50% refund up to 7 days prior to event check in, except any service fees incurred.

Book without worry

You will have 24 hours from booking confirmation to cancel and receive a full refund excluding any charge fees incurred.

Please note that this grace period does not apply to bookings confirmed within 72 hours of check-in.

OMSA GALLERY’s 24-hour grace period applies to all bookings, at any time, and allows event organizers the flexibility to cancel a reservation within 24 hours of booking, without incurring cancellation fees. The reservation must be confirmed at least 72 hours prior to check-in.

$400 hourly. Minimum 3 hours.
Security deposit: $1600.00
